Refund policy

Due to the nature of physical subscriptions, letters cannot be refunded once dispatched. If your letter doesn't arrive within 21 days, please get in touch and we'll sort it.

For EU customers: in accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. However, by requesting that your subscription begins immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the first letter has been dispatched.
